The president has attended six
conferences at which he either gave an oral presentation or a poster.
Many contacts were made.
Approximately CA$55,000 has been spent.
Undocumented marketing arrangements have
been made with three individuals.
A Memorandum of Understanding has been
signed with a small, Vancouver, specialty car manufacturer to supply
the parts for them to construct a zinc-air (Zn-air) set of test
batteries.
Both parties hope to sign an agreement in
which MHDT supplies mixed electrolyte and magnetization services and
the car company sets up a plant to manufacture Zn-air batteries, paying
a fee for a non-exclusive license to use the technology. Terms of such
an agreement have only briefly been discussed.
If the test batteries are satisfactory,
the president hopes the due diligence will be
successfully accomplished (2009).
The bank account has been kept small and
the bulk of the money resulting from sale of shares at the beginning of
MHD Technologies, has been invested in dividend paying shares. The
amount is small. A small amount will be charged for the initial
magnetization for the chemical equipment manufacturer. |
